The high performance motion platform eMotion of Rexroth is proven drive and control technology for driving and flight simulation. The system includes integrated drive controllers and a host computer running optimized motion cueing algorithms.
nVIZ VTD software communicates the IPG CarMaker simulation results to the eMotion motion cues via the Ethernet communication interface. It also takes care of the transformation from the CarMaker reference frame to the drivers seat reference point and the offsets to the motion reference center of the eMotion.
