nVIZ GmbH has successfully delivered its first CNC seating buck featuring a fully integrated second-row seating configuration.

The inclusion of the second row specifically addresses the requirements of the Chinese automotive market, where purchasing decisions place strong emphasis on seating comfort for rear passengers.

The second-row setup offers maximum flexibility: it can be configured either with a continuous seat bench or with two individual seats. When equipped with two individual seats, each seat is CNC-adjustable in the lateral direction, allowing precise positioning and ergonomic evaluation.

This CNC seating buck also introduces a new, refined design concept. All lifting and adjustment mechanisms are discreetly integrated beneath the floor-level platform. As a result, test subjects experience only the interior components and design elements of the latest vehicle generation—without distraction from visible seating buck mechanisms extending above the floor.

This development reinforces nVIZ’s commitment to delivering realistic, market-focused ergonomics simulators for modern vehicle development.
